I am 25 years old male, for the past several years my areola is swollen, which feels uncomfortable, and there is no pain or lump or discharge in the nipple, but it returns to normal after exercise or bathing or rubbing. Then after some time it becomes abnormal again. What could be the reason for this. Please advise.
