I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. Surgery can repair a hiatal hernia by pulling your stomach back into the abdomen and making the opening in the diaphragm smaller. The procedure may also involve surgically reconstructing the esophageal sphincter or removing hernial sacs. However, not everyone who has a hiatal hernia needs surgery. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
