I took full rest for 12 days. After that I can manage to walk half way with hing kneecap. I can bend my knee upto 90. Physiotherapy ift and ust are going on for last 10 days. Should I go for surgery? If not so what is the treatment? Can I lead normal life after a certain period without ot? No pain right now. Can walk very slowly without full pressure. I need your valuable suggestion. Please suggest me. Thank you prosenjit nandy age 36.

4-5 weeks is too a small interval for a knee injury of magnitude you have described I like to examine and investigate you further, before I give my final opinion.
