I met an accident last month 16th june. My right knee got injured and mri resulted high grade tear in pcl (75%) and partial tear or sprain in acl. Small avulsion fracture in tibial bone. I took full rest for 12 days. After that I can manage to walk half way with hing kneecap. I can bend my knee upto 90. Physiotherapy ift and ust are going on for last 10 days. Should I go for surgery? If not so what is the treatment? Can I lead normal life after a certain period without ot? No pain right now. Can walk very slowly without full pressure. I need your valuable suggestion. Please suggest me. Thank you prosenjit nandy age 36.
