7 mm and 6 mm stone in upper ureter. Mild hydronephrosis and hydroureter. What can I do now? It need surgery or dissolve itself?
Ask Free Question
A kidney stone never gets dissolved on it's own, neither can any medication of huge amount or water or other food make it go away. Very small stones can pass out with urine, but that's not your case and as per report your kidney is already getting affected. Surgical removal of the stone will be needed to prevent complete damage of the kidney.
