Hi, I am 25 year old male. Weight 55 kg and height 175 cm. I had a little pain in my stomach, and I took the ultrasound test, which results liver: normal and well visualized. Gall bladder: normal pv/cbd: normal pancreas: normal kidney: "both kidney show echogenic of foci size approx (r.k:- 4.7 mm. 5.4 mm & l.k:- 4.4 mm) in calyces with distal acoustic shadow. U.bladder: normal, no evidence of diverticula or mass. Prostate: normal in shape. Impression: b/l renal calculus. Please give your valuable suggestions for the medications.
