I have excess oily acne-prone skin n I have whiteheads and darkness around my mouth and forehead I have read on internet I found that I have seborrheic dermatitis on my face and scalp too and my scalp is also oily with dandruff and I am suffering from hair fall too. I don't know which type of skin and hair products should I use medicated one or herbal products?

For acne, first and foremost it is essential that you clean your face regularly with soap and water - any regular soap will do, however soaps with higher glycerin content will help prevent the skin from drying out. As for the problem with dandruff, you need to use shampoo at least on an weekly basis.
