I am a 23 year female and I am having this fear that I may get piles. Since my mom had it too. I am always afraid. And today in the morning (when I was still having period blood a little) I spotted very light bright color translucent blood after wiping twice (not third time). What can it be?

Hello, please don?t be afraid there is a chances of hereditary problems, but if you follow proper diet ,and lifestyle you will completely free from this fear. Take kala munakka every night before sleep avoid raw food ,like sprouts, salad in heavy quantity, maida,junk food, too spicy food, sour food. Do pawanmukta asana daily. With light yoga. Take triphala powder with ghee at night if you felt constipated.
