I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. Although overexertion is common in group exercise classes and team training sessions, it can happen anywhere, anytime. Pushing too hard during your workout can cause your blood pressure to drop or result in dehydration. This can leave you feeling lightheaded, dizzy, or faint. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
