I am a 28 year old. My penis has a downward curvature and a short frenulum as a result. This makes it painful to retract the foreskin during an erection and after retraction the foreskin gets very tightly wrapped under glans causing pain and discomfort. What are the surgical and non-surgical remedies for this?
