No you are not thin because you masturbate. Every boy/man who has reached sexual maturity will masturbate. The frequency of masturbation depends on the individuals needs and t certainly does not cause weakness/weight loss for weight gain there are two things that you need to follow 1. Have a protein rich diet - soya, milk products, eggs and sprouts are rich sources of proteins 2. Exercise - this is the best way for muscle improvement. You can go to gym or do yoga or get into cycling/jogging/badminton. But practice it regularly.
