Hello. My age is 23 and I have pimples & black dark spots on my face. I am doing homeopathic treatment from last 8 months. I have not Seen any positive changes from this treatment. Does homeopathic treatment works? If yes the how much time it takes get total solution. It really works or not?

Have fruits with a high vitamin A content (such as broccoli, papaya, spinach and carrots) as this helps to flush acne-causing proteins from the system, and with high vitamin E and C contents (oranges, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, avocados) which have antioxidant effects and help to calm the skin. Have adequate amount of water. Include nuts like almond, walnuts. Avoid milk and milk products like butter, cheese as well as refined flour items and sugary drinks.
