Hi I am 54 years old male, since two years I have a 1 cm dia size of a white patch on my chin. Its slighltly grown in length in 2 years. I also feel I have a small white spot on my upper lip and in two corners just inside the lower lip.

Nothing to worry about this. In medical terminology these are called hypopigmented pathces. We have best medicines in homoeopathy to reduces these patches permanently. Better to do this tip along with medicines, grind some cabbage and extract juice apply over the patch, leave 15-20mins and wash with cold water. May I know do you have any other problems like hypertension and diabetes?
