Hi lybrate-user, I can understand your concern. I would advise you to go for a second opinion here, with all your reports. You at least need anti-anginal medicine, including anti-platelet/ anti-coagulant therapies, if you are hesitating to go for angioplasty. Simultaneously, keep your diet and lifestyle streamlined, focus on a mediterranean diet pattern. You must cease smoking, if any, completely. Your lipid profile needs to be managed too. Do focus on anxiety/ stress reduction as well, through regular yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, anxiolytics etc all. Hope this helps. Take care and all the very best. Sincerely, Dr. Pritam (nd) bbsr.
