Hello for low hemoglobin you have to get some tests done. Cbc peripheral smear s. Ferritin also start eating iron rich foods like green leafy vegetables. If iron deficiency then iron supplements should also be started. There is no use of prednisolone now. You can consult me online for further information.

Hello, I am a little puzzled , if you have low hemoglobin the commonest cause is iron defeciency, but you are taking everything other than iron. I dont know the reason why prednisolone has been prescribed there is a certain lack of details and therefore i cannot comment.
