I had heel pain so doctor prescribed me vitamin d and calcium tablet without checking the calcium and vitamin d levels in my blood. The doctor directed to take 1 vitamin d (60000 ui) capsule per week for 4 weeks and calcium tablet for a month. Due to pndemic the doctor is not reachable. So I stopped taking calcium tablet (dietary supplement 500 mg) but I continued vitamin d for extra 3 week (i took 7 tablets. 1 tablet per week. Now. I realised I had mistaken in continuing vitamin d supplements) is it very high dosage? How long should I avoid sunlight for precautionary measure?
