Hello ideally you shouldve taken a five day course of progesterone that is primolut n. After stopping this within a week you will get your period. Observe for a day, if your periods do not start as it normally would you can extend the course and then stop to get proper withdrawal bleeding.

You need thorough investigation for pcod. After getting withdrawal period, you have to take drugs for ovulation. Reddish brown color of the discharge is not a matter to worry. It is the minimal bleed following withdrawal bleeding.
