Misoprostol should be given 48 hours after mifepristone. 4 tablets sublingually or pervaginally. Bleeding usually starts after 4-6 hours of misoprostol. However pregnancy beyond 6 weeks may take longer time or not completely abort. So if there's prolonged or heavy bleeding, get an ultrasound done.
