Reading your concern I understand you meant your brother is covid +ve on testing (not cavity). I advice you to keep check on your temperature and spo2 with pulse oxymeter if you have one. Have 1 tab dolo 650 mg three time daily if there is temperature above 100 and observe if you are having any breathing difficulty. If your spo2 fall below 94% continuously then get help from nearby covid hospital. Also do three time steam inhalation and hot water gurgle for dry throat. It may not show positive always even if you have covid, so please isolate yourself for 14 days from family and wear double mask while getting food from your other family members. The medicine you are taking now is enough for now and have lots of oranges, lemon juice, vegetables and atleast 3liters of water daily.

Kindly keep budesonide inhaler with you, and complete the antibiotic course you have started. Stay well hydrated and take adequate amount of rest. And keep checking your spo2 levels atleast twice a day. In case of chest tightness/ difficulty in breathing consult your physician immediately. Take care.

Hello. Since you are a close contact, even if your test is negative, we have to treat it as covid. Continue the medications you have started. Doxy (100) twice daily to be taken for 5 days. Also, add ivermectin (12 mg) once daily for 5 days. Take a probiotics like bifilac or vizylac. No need to worry about your history of asthma unless you are having breathing troubles or severe cough at present. Monitor your temperature by a thermometer. If possible monitor oxygen saturation by a pulse oximeter. If above 94 percent in room air, no worries yet. Take adequate rest, food and plenty of fluids. Get well soon.
