What are the possible reasons for someone having acidity, constipation body pain and weakness at same time? We have tried to treat these together and one by one, but the patient is still struggling. Can you suggest some medicines along with giving me the reason. Patient has pancreatitis and had lithotripsy. After which she was on fruit and liquid diet for long and this is the time she developed all these problems. We are using enema for constipation, antacids for acidity and vitamin tablets for body pain but all these have proven temporary solution to her problems. Please suggest something which makes her completely healthy again.
