Food should be low in saturated fat. Avoid gravies, fried, junk food. Avoid too much cream, butter, mayonnaise, cheese etc. Red meat, full cream milk, egg yolk should be substituted with chicken/fish, toned, egg white etc.

For any person irrespective of cholesterol one should eat healthy. Avoid junk foods, avoid fried and fatty foods, avoid too much of sweets and sugars/salts. Fruits, vegetables, fish are good. But remember one should eat healthy not stop eating.
