Do regular exercise like yoga, swimming, skipping, plank, push up, sit ups. Eat small amount of foods frequently. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. No sugar. Sweetened juice, fruit juice, cola, soft drinks. Take whole fruit, watery vegetables, whole wheat, whole grain, oats. Eat protein more, it will help in weight loss and in build muscle. Use healthy fat small amount. Drink lots of water specially before meals. Use lukewarm water 5 mins after meals. Drink lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning. Adequate sleep and stress free life.
