Hii doctor, i'm typhoid positive salmonella typhi o (to) 1: 160 salmonella typhi h (th) 1: 180 and bilirubin 2.42 and i'm using medicine syncefix - 1 time astymin-m - 1 time pantowel - 1 time (without eat) paracetamol-500 - 2 times should I change my medicines what I do please help me in dinner, lunch and breakfast i'm taking fruits grapes, banana, apple and chapati and boiled potato with slat and please tell me what i've to take a best diet. Should I change my medicine to injection? Injection is required or I continue my medicine but my headache is started from back side what I do?

No need to change medication. Continue same medication for 14 days. your following good diet. Nothing to worry. Stop paracetamol when you don't have fever for 3 consecutive days.
