I had tested positive for covid apr 17th. I usually have low blood pressure but is currently 145/76. Is it anything to worry about. I would also like to get some guidance on mental peace and not being depressed. I also feel fatigue. I am 71 yo male.

Your bp 145/76 is high. It is a silent and harmful disease which affects all organs. You need personal examination. Please consult your local physician for checkup and advice.
