Dear user, the main contraindications are bleeding disorders and previous vaccine related allergies only. The vaccine does not contain penicillin as its ingredient hence it can be taken. However after the vaccine, they have to be kept under observation to identify if any severe allergic reaction takes place. The penicillin allergy however has to be mentioned to the vaccination provider before the vaccine. Good luck. You can consult me for more doubts and medications regarding this by clicking on my photo and clicking on book appointment, however if you found my answer helpful, please leave a thanks /good feedback as it helps me with my practice.
