Hello piles tablets is just a temporary relief. He can continue it for 4 weeks at a stretch, and then decrease the dose for next two weeks and then stop. He can take them for two weeks whenever the symptoms recur. He should takes lot of fluids and fibrous diet. Besides sits baths.
