Dear Mr. lybrate-user, azithromycin is an antibiotic and not an antiviral. Cetrizine is an antihistamine and can control allergic symptoms temporarily. Please note there is no cure for the covid infection anywhere in the world. It is always advisable to discuss/ consult with a doctor and take the appropriate medication. Both the above medicines are used by doctors in managing patients with covid 19 but for specific reasons which are too complicated to be explained on this platform. Therefore my advise is to consult a doctor to first diagnose your condition as it is possible that you may be lucky and not have covid 19 infection in the first place. Best wishes.
