Sir/mam I have a problem in my chest nipples. They are puffy but when rubbed they become tight but then after 1-2 minute they become puffy again. My age is 18 years and im having this problem from last 6 months. I feel really ashamed when I take of my shirt and wear any tight shirt because they can be easily seen. It does not pain when touched. Pls help. Im getting depressed day by day becoz of this. Pls help.
