Hi sir don't drink water according to height and weight dr8nk water when you are thirsty. That is good for health. Take 2 to 3 litres of water per day.

Drinking water quantities do not depend upon weight nor it's fixed. As we all have different lifestyle, lives at different places some in hot regions some cold, some work outdoors in sun n some indoors in ac. So thumb rule is- check color of your urine. If it's transparent then it means you r taking enough amount of water. But if it's yellow even pale yellow then you need to drink more water.
