Few step for keep your heart healthy? I like to eat spice food but I do regular exercise about 1 hour. But I need to now few more things which help me to keep heart healthy because most of my family members have heart problems.

Its good that you exercise regularly. Follow healthy diet along with it. Have foods which are rich in omega-3 fatty acids like walnuts, avocados. Have more of greens, fruits and veggies regularly like spinach and high-fiber diet. Also do breathing exercises and meditation. Regular 8 hours of sleep is a must for a healthy heart.
