Increase eating healthy food. Eat more frequently. Use whole cream milk or milk shake 300-400 ml. You can use weight gainer nutritional supplement. Eat more raw whole fruits, dense vegetables, unprocessed foods. Take banana 3-4pcs/day. Take dates, yogurt. Use more ghee, butter, cheese, jam, jelly with food. Add cream with tea/coffee. Add extra healthy oil in cooking. Take fish, egg, cottage cheese, lean meat, mushroom etc. No water before or during meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink lots of water and proper sleep.
