I am 29 year old male. My hemoglobin is 11 gm from last 10 year. It does not increase I feel tried and laziness and my weight is 55 kg and my height is 5 feet 4 inches and I also have beta thalassemia trait. What should I do? I want to increase my weight and hemoglobin. Whom should I consult.

Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water, increase intake of fruits and vegetables, full cream milk and its products. Avoid fried, oily, maida and its products etc. Drink milk shake in breakfast. Have iron rich food like black channa, anar, spinach, batua leaves, raddish leaves. Proper meals.
