I am asthmatic during the month of match/ april. Sont know why only during this time? It started last year and again happened this year. Should I take theo asthalin inhaler immediately when I get difficulty in breathing or should I avoid as much as I can?

Dear Lybrate user, seasonal asthma flares up in particular seasons. Asyhalin inhaler is a good rescue medicine (it's use should be according to your doctor's advice), but it cannot stop progressive nature of asthma. In my opinion you need following tests- 1. Absolute eosinophil count 2. Pulmonary function test these tests can solve your query of stage of disease and what medicine is best for its control. If you wish you may send the reports for further advice wishing speedy recovery.
