My dermatologist prescribed spironolactone, diane contraceptive pills and isotretinoin tab 40 mg daily for 3 months as I complain of acne, hirsutism, and alopecia of androgenic type. I should mention that I am a pco. Is it any safe? I am having big doubts in regard the isotretinoin high dose along with other drugs, I feel isn't it too much! and would that high dose of isotretinoin cause me more hair loss?
