If your endometrial thickness is ranging from 18-35 mm and no relief in bleeding despite taking progesterone, then you should go for hysteroscopy. Do that uterine cavity can be examined. Thickened endometrium could be due to endometrial polyp. Endometrial curettage should be done under hysteroscopic guidance and curettings dmsent for biopsy.
