I am 23years old. Nw a days my skin becoming dark and getting pimples problem whatever I applied on face it's not use. But my skin it's not accepting any cream. So what can I apply to my skin for glowing and which food use to glow for my skin. Pls give good suggestions. Nw I have to ready for marriage. Bt my skin it's too dull. Really I am suffering from dry skin and also rashes on my skin. Please give good suggestions for being healthy sjin.

1) apply kachcha milk on face. And then wipe it with wet cotton. 2) apply curd on your face. Keep it for ten minutes, then apply a layer if honey. Keep for ten minutes. Wash gently with water. 3) always apply sunscreen before going out. 4) do meditation 5) have proper sleep.

Avoid junk food take plenty of water do regular exercise take 20 ml allovera juice and amla juice (patanjali) in morning apply allovera gel on face see results with in one month.
