Hello. I have dull chronic pain on my right side inside and below my ribs region which is slightly increased when I take deep breathes. Ive had this pain since 2018 and I was diagnosed with miliary tb through x ray for which after treatment the lungs showed resolution with minimal fibrosis. The pain reduced but it's still there. Lve had 2 more consultations after treatment and advised that the pain will go away with time. Around may/june 2020 I was done for full abdominopelvic ultrasound in which everything was normal but for benefit of doubt I was prescribed pid meds (keeping in mind the ultrasound was done a week before my menstrual flow) but there was never any improvement. Recently (now since a month ago) i've been having abdominal bloating after every meal which led me for another consultation (on 19th march )urine and stool sample were tested and everything was okay, another same ultrasound performed and everything is normal except there's fluid in cul de sac .same prescription of pid meds have been given and no further testing. I've never been sexually active but I had uti treated in 2015. What would you recommend?(also to note that i've tried antacids for sometime but there's no improvement)
