I am having warm body and weakness since a month, frequent bowel movements since a week, heart palpitations since 3 days and sometimes tremors in hands. I am also having trouble sleeping at night. I also feel dizzy sometimes. In blood test, platelets were 81000 but ns1 test came negative and platelets are now 1 lakhs. Urine reports were normal. I am on antibiotics still not getting better. Which doctor should I meet and what tests should be done?
