Respected doctor, I am 22 years old boy. About a month ago I was outside my house and I felt really hungry. So I bought a chocolate and drink it with some water. But the hunger didn't go away. I ate some means after that. Next day I feel so discomfort in my abdominal area. It wasn't pain or anything but so discomforting that I had to go to the hospital. Ecg, video x-ray blood report everything came normal. The doctor prescribed me pansafe d and meftal spas. The discomfort slightly go away but the hunger didn't go. No matter how much I eat, I feel hungry so hungry that if I don't get to eat in that very moment I felt like my stomach was going to kill me. When I take pantop or other gastric medicine I feel more discomfort and the hunger don't go away. I can't go anywhere outside thinking if I become hungry when I am outside and I don't get anything to eat I might pass away. I am so much in trouble please help me.
