Hello doctor I am suffering from pain in the scapular region at a particular point where loss of sensation has also occurred. It has been 5 years now and from last one year it is chronic and even I can feel it at rest. In that region there is a circular patch where I can not feel anything and now when I vigorously use my arm the pain radiates to the periphery or borders of scapula. I have been taking pregabalin, steroids and muscle relaxants. I have done my mri which shows unremarkable study, xray cbc tsh pft and everything is normal. I have done lot of physiotherapy sessions but pain still persists and doesn't go away either by relaxing or doing some physical exercise. Please answer me what should I do now I am very tired of this.
