43 year male, non diabetic have foamy urine and after routine urine test only presence of spermatozoa reported. I am loosing wait 3-4 kgs in last 1 year. My major concern is foamy urine and wait loss. What should I do please advice?

Spermatozoa is sperm. 4 kg in one year is normal. Foamy urine not significant. Yet citralka liquids 10 ml three times a day after food with half glass of water for five days. Cap a to z after dinner for three weeks.

The most obvious cause of foamy urine is the speed of urination. Sometimes, urine can also foam up when it's concentrated. Your urine is more concentrated if you haven't had much water to drink and you're dehydrated. Foamy urine can also indicate that you have too much of a protein, such as albumin, in your urine.
