Am man aged 34 and height is 5.4' from the last 10 year my weight only 50 to 53 kg. Is it the right weight? If not what I do for gain more weight.

The proper weight for this height is 63 kg. Eat large amount of foods frequently. Don't skip any meals. Eat more dense vegetables like sweet potato, potato, squash, beet, carrot etc. Take dense fruits daily. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods as far as possible. Use weight gainer supplement. Drink whole cream milk. Take more protein rich foods like fish, egg, cottage cheese, almond, soy products etc. Take more nut, peanuts, walnut etc. Take good fats like fish oil, olive oil, etc. Drink lots of water. Avoid smoking and alcohol.
