Hi, what I believe from your query, you have low back (lumber) disk slip. The disc often presses on a nerve root which can cause pain and other symptoms in a leg. As you are had this problem from last 1.5 yrs. Due to constant pressure on nerve and associated muscle get weak so you have shivering of right leg also core muscles of back get weak also so you have problem in sitting for long or or bend down. Bending in awkward position or for long time increases the pressure on disc so may increases the pain. You should do 1) conditioning, strengthening and flexibility exercise under experienced physiotherapist. 2) be back aware like avoid twisting movement of back or lifting objects in bad back posture 3) wear belt only when required like while driving 4) avoid staying in one position for long time thanks.
