From past 2 years I have stomach related issue like lower abdomen pain, undigested food in stool snd black specks in stool and smelly stool and gas issue, in feb 2020 I consulted a gastroenterologist in lko and he advised endoscopy and later diagnosed e.coli, gastritis problem and given medicine for that I get relief from pain but after few months pain again come then doctor advised few medicine and it goes again but I asked him for why I have experienced bad smelly stool and passing gas every time as it wad not 2 years back, why now every time I have this issue and bcz of this I faced many type of embarrassment in public but doctor every time ignored this ,and not even given any medicine not advice any further test fir this issue, do how can I get relief from smelly gas and add smelly stool with undigested food and black specks?

You are already consuming adequate amount of water then it must be necessary to evaluate your dietary habits and lifestyle. High fiber diet and green salad vegetables as well as fruits must constitute 70% of your diet. Avoid maida and bread products. Take roasted flax seeds, with warm water. You can also drink other forms of fluids like coconut water, lemon juice etc. You must always take walk after meals and follow daily workout regime. Certain other medications for relief are also advised which don't have any side effects, which I can not prescribe over here. Other varieties of constipation have to be considered and treated accordingly. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9.
