Hello. There are 2 kind of tulsi leaves you can come across- one is ram tulsi (one with lighter shade of leaves) and the other one is shyam tulsi (the one with darker shade of leaves. You have to take 15-20 leaves of shyam tulsi i. E the leaves with darker shade and grind it into a paste, dissolve it in 150ml of water and bring it to boil. When only 100 ml of water is left. Keep it aside (without sieving). Henceforth consume this water everyday in 3 installments. This natural remedy will surely help you with your fever and cold. Thanks:)
