I am a 24 years old male. I am suffering from OCD since 2009. But I identified that in 2013 only that I am suffering from something which requires treatment. From then I am taking prodep 20 mg and things were stable. But from the last 3 months, I am suffering emotional turmoil due to one relationship issue. But gradually I am overcoming it. I consulted doctor. She advised me to take zapiz 0.25 along with prodep 20 mg. Things are improving. I am taking zapiz 0.25 for the last 5 days along with prodep 20 mg. And prodep 20 mg is being continued for the last 7 years. Though suicidal thoughts come into my mind frequently but I know those are irrational. So, I don't care them much. My confidence is low now. I get fear of new people, new circumstances and my performance in workplace is not upto the mark. And I don't know a sense of insecurity always pops up in my mind as I am doing a private job. And I always get unsatisfied as I am not performing as per my capability. My question is whether I can lead a very productive life in the upcoming days? Will my struggle with ocd be there for the rest of my life? And when shall I achieve a stable mind with which I can overcome any emotional trauma like relationships, issue in the workplace etc. Like a healthy and normal person? And why society doesn't accept me properly when my behaviors are little bit weird than the normal person? And as a medication how long zapiz 0.25 generally be taken to get rid of any emotional trauma?
