30 y/o female I am not diagnosed but taking by my self mediation keppra 3 g tegrital 800 mg daily, I try before psychiatric medication no improvement, asking is there any relation between positive halpik manover in rt side, spasm accumulation, vertigo,seizures, before attack I have vertigo, imbalance headache abdominal pain nausea.

Dera lybrate-user, its not at all a good idea to take the medicatins yu are taking without the advise of a doctor. Keppra and tegrital are medication used for epilepsy. I am not sure what is your diagnosis, but it will be worthwhile giving all the facts and symptoms over time in greater detail and let doctor decide your medication rather than self medication.
