Hi lybrate-user, its always best to give the medicines under the knowledge of patient, if it's not possible it's always best to get him/her admitted at a psychiatric set up. If nothing is possible then only you can try giving medicine surreptitiously but for a period as brief as possible. You can mix amisulpride with food but it should not be too hot rather it should be warm enough ready to be consumed. Hope it helps!
