To lower down body heat-
* Drink 10 ml GULAB JAL twice a day with a glass of water.
* Do not eat non veg(Chicken, eggs), Peanuts( Moong fali), Dry fruits especially Kashew( Kaju).
* Drink upto 2-3 liters of water everyday.
* Practice SHEETALI pranayan in the morning for 5-8 minutes. You can ask me to get
