Hello doctor, age 26, male, 165 cm, 83 kg from age 15 I started getting this acne all over my back which has now spread all over. I also have fungal spots on my back, arm pits, groin and neck. Dermatologist gave candid drops, which gave only temporary relief. In 2014 august, I was given riconia silver vitamin tablet as a nutritional supplement, which after a week gave big side effects of insomnia, hypermobility, anxiety and panic attacks and ulcers and occasionally black spotted tools. Lost 10 kgs in 2 months. Doctor just gave me antacids and probiotics (vizylac). Slowly over a period of one year anxiety turned into depression and everything became normal. Again in 2019 july, I ate green leaf sambar, again got all the symptoms of hypermobility, hypermetabolism and anxiety came back. This time was given anti anxiety medication paroxetine 12.5 mg, worked like a charm. But my original disease is mysteriously undiagnosed. Whenever I eat fiber rich food like leafs greens or popcorn or take multivitamin supplement (mostly because of iron.) I get all the symptoms back. My c reactive protein is high (3.0).so I have some kind of inflammation going on. I suspect the iron and high fiber foods are triggering colitis. And I think I have systemic non invasive candida which has made my colon very sensitive and inflamed and any potential irritant triggers colitis of some kind. This is my guess. Also lately I have no motivation or interest in anything. What should I do?
