I am 31 years olds woman. Addiction of masturbation but without inserting anything into vagina but still I get infection again n again. Infection like itching, white discharge, thick white ball type in vagina. Don't know what should I do. Scared.consulted doctor but nt able to talk about masturbation due to shyness.
